AT25DF021A-XMHN-T IC FLASH 2MBIT SPI 104MHZ 8TSSOP Surface Mount

Adesto AT25SF family includes 4-, 8-, 16-, and 32‐Mbit density multi‐I/O products designed for higher density devices. The AT25SF series incorporates a uniform, block-erase architecture to provide application flexibility. These SPI‐compatible 2.5V to 3.6V products feature up to a 104MHz operating speed and fast program and erase times. The devices also include security features such as a programmable security register and hardware controlled locking of protected blocks. The AT25SF family is ideal for high‐volume, consumer‐based applications in which program code is shadowed from flash into embedded or external RAM for execution.

Adesto Technologies AT25X Interface Flash Memory devices are for a wide variety of high-volume consumer and connected applications. The AT25X can be operated using modern Lithium battery technologies over a wide input voltage range of 1.65V to 4.4V. The devices are designed for systems in which program code is shadowed from Flash memory into embedded or external RAM (Code Shadow) for execution. The AT25X devices are also designed for updating code over the air, and where small amounts of data are stored locally in the flash memory.
